Through our network of associates, we can provide certain hands-on project management tasks for your company for an agreed upon period of time – usually the first couple of months of operations. Most of our work at this level involves the coordination of resources, facilitating meetings with local government officials and business representatives, and training (training varies, depending on the company’s needs and what systems need to be implemented to efficiently run your business in its new African context).
